Alliance Farm Butchery Pork Cut Options
A price list must be received no later than 3 days before the animal is dropped off to allow time to enter your information into our scale. The scale requires prices in order to print labels.

**SELECT ONE CUT PACKAGE**

Cut packages A-E are included in the standard slaughter, cut, and wrap pricing. ($145/half pig)
Package includes pork chops, shoulder roasts, fresh side pork (pork belly), spareribs, butt steaks, butt roast, fresh ham, and ground pork. Smoking and sausage making can be added for an additional charge.
Package includes pork chops, loin roast, country ribs, shoulder roast, fresh side pork (belly), butt roast, hams, and ground pork. Smoking and sausage making can be added for an additional charge.
Package includes boneless pork chops, baby back ribs, shoulder roast, fresh side pork (belly), butt steaks, butt roast, hams, and ground pork. Smoking and sausage making can be added for an additional charge.
Package includes pork chops, spareribs, fresh side pork (belly), butt steaks, butt roast, half ham, and ground pork. Smoking and sausage making can be added for an additional charge.
Grind entire pig. Plain ground is included. Sausage making can be added for an additional charge.

Organs are not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate your requests. If organs are desired, your cut sheet must be submitted at least one day before the animal is dropped off by the farmer.

**Pork Add-on Packages**

Add-on packages are optional and additional costs apply.
Specialty pork sausage of your choice, bulk 1 lb packages, made with your ground pork. $30/HALF. One sausage flavor per half.
Have your sausage linked or made into patties. $1/LB in addition to the $30/half sausage add-on price. One sausage flavor per half.

Specialty pork sausage of your choice, BULK 1 lb packages, made with your ground pork. $60/HALF. May choose up to 2 sausage flavors per half.
Have your sausage linked or made into patties from your whole ground pig. Additional $1/lb charge, plus sausage add-on package fee.
MINIMUM 15 POUNDS.
