Package includes approximately 40% ground beef, rib steaks, t-bone steaks, porterhouse steaks, sirloin steaks, sirloin tip steaks, stew meat, brisket, top round steaks, chuck roasts and steaks, shoulder roasts, and short ribs. May also include: flank steak, skirt steak, hanger steak, eye of round, oxtail.

Beef Add-on Package: Sausage ($30/quarter)

Specialty beef sausage of your choice, linked or bulk 1 lb packages, made with a portion of your ground beef. Approximately 15 pounds. $30/QUARTER COW.
