We will put your order together and an invoice will be emailed to the email address specified on this form. The invoice must be paid at least one day prior to your scheduled Meat Up, Farmer's Market, or home delivery. Please note: refrigerated items cannot be ordered for home delivery in warm weather - frozen items only as they are easier to pack to keep cold.
