How it works: This payment is the deposit required to place a quarter beef order. Final cost will be determined once it is at the butcher and is based on the hanging weight at $3.99/lb less your deposit, plus processing fees (to be paid to the butcher). The final balance and processing fees are due at the time of pickup. You will receive an invoice for the final balance via e-mail when your order is ready and your processing fees will be due to the butcher. If you would like to order a half or whole, simply increase your quantity accordingly when checking out.
Once your deposit is placed, your 1/4 beef order is reserved for you and will be ready for you to pickup in mid July. As the date gets closer, you will be contacted by phone to complete a cut sheet to tell the processor how you would like your 1/4 cut. The processor can go over the different options with you if needed. Hanging weight for a quarter beef is usually approximately 200-225 pounds. Deposit is non-refundable.
